Accept CrewStart invitation with existing Sargent-Disc credentials
If you already have a Sargent-Disc account and have received a CrewStart invitation, you can accept this with your existing username and password by following the steps below:
1. Accept the invitation by clicking on the invite link sent to you via email
2. Click on the option 'Request Passcode'
3. Enter the passcode sent to your mobile phone
4. Select the option 'Sign In'
5. Enter your existing username and select 'Login'
6. You will then be asked to Sign in via Okta and verify via one of the verification methods you have setup (SMS or Okta Verify)
7. Once you have verified, you will then be logged into the
application. You will be required to re-enter the SMS code in order to
accept the invitation and access the project in question

Are you already signed into your CrewStart account and wish to accept a new CrewStart Invitation?
If you wish to accept the invite with your logged in user, select Yes to
the message displayed on screen. The invitation will then be accepted under the account
and you will see this whilst logged in
