Accept Payslip invitation with existing Sargent-Disc credentials

If you already have a Sargent-Disc account and have received a Payslip invitation, you can accept this with your existing username and password by following the steps below:

1. Accept the invitation by clicking on the invite link sent to you via email



2. Select how you wish to accept the invitation and enter either your date of birth or employee number



3. To sign into your existing account, select the first option 'Sign In'



4. Enter your existing username and select 'Login'



5. You will then be asked to Sign in via Okta and verify via one of the verification methods you have setup (SMS or Okta Verify)

Channel 4 employee? On Step 2, you'll be asked to enter your IAS Code/ APS reference instead of Employee Number / Date of Birth

Are you already signed into your Payslip account and wish to accept a new Payslip Invitation?
If you wish to accept the invite with your logged in user, select Yes to the message displayed on screen. The invitation will then be accepted under the account and you will see this whilst logged in
