Editing an account code on DPO
If you would like to edit an account code once a PO has been created then
you can do this by clicking into the PO in question > selecting the Account
Code field and updating the field to the new code, once done select the green
tick.
If you are unable to update the account code whilst the PO is going
through the approval chain then you will need to check you have the relevant
permissions, go to Admin > Users > click on the pencil icon next to your
user and check the option for 'Can edit account code'
If the PO has been final approved and you are unable to change the
account code then check if the account code feature is locked. Go to Admin >
P.O Settings and check if 'Lock account code after final approval' is set.
