Flagging feature on DPO

You can set up a customized flag on DPO i.e. if you want to mark what PO's have been entered into your accounting system.

Go to Admin > Flags

*Note If you are unable to see the flags option within admin then please email support@sargent-disc.com with the project name.

Within the flags tab you can then setup your customized flag, i.e. 'Entered into PSL'

To add a new flag, click on the 'Add New Flag' option, you will then be required to enter the flag name, you can select which colour flag you would like to use.

You will need to make sure the 'Visible' check box is enabled otherwise you will not see the flag feature when trying to apply this to a PO.

Once the flag has been setup you will then need to go to Admin > Users

Ensure the user’s you would like to be able to flag PO's has the correct access setup

Click on the pencil icon next to the user you would like to be able to flag PO's and make sure the checkbox is ticked for 'Can Flag PO's'

Once this has been checked then when going to the 'View PO's' tab you will then see the flagging option on the right-hand side next to each PO like shown below, you will then be able to flag the necessary PO's
