I have been sent an invitation/ envelope but I cannot remember my log in details?

You can request a username reminder via the following link:


You will be required to enter your email address and your mobile number and this will send you an email and a SMS. 

Firstly, you will need to click on the link that has been sent to your email, upon clicking on this you will be required to enter the SMS you have received. 

Once entered, you will be able to retrieve your CrewStart username.


You can request a password reset via the following link: 


You will be required to enter your username and email address, once entered you will receive a password reset link to set a password for your account. 

Please ensure you follow all of the requirements shown on the screen when resetting your password, the requirements are as follows: 




Once your password has these requirements included, you will see green ticks next to each listed requirement like shown below



The username reminder and the password reset link will only be valid for 15 minutes, if this expires you will need to go through requesting this again.
