Payroll: Link additional devices to account

Once your account has been migrated to Okta, you are able to add additional devices to your account
During sign in process, if you have linked more than one device to Okta verify, both devices will be prompted when requesting a push notification
During sign in process, if signing in via SMS or voice call, you can select which number you would like to receive the code on

Add additional device to Okta Verify

1. Log into the Sargent-Disc application

2. Once logged in, select 'User Profile' from the left-hand side



3. Select the 'Okta' tab



4. Access your Okta personal dashboard by using the 'clicking here' link



5. Under Security Methods, select 'Set up another' under Okta Verify



6. Select how you would like to verify and go through the verification process



7. Select the option 'Setup' under Okta Verify



8. Open the Okta Verify app on the additional device and scan the QR code presented on screen

9. You may be prompted if you would like to enable Face ID or Passcode Confirmation. If prompted, is strongly recommended you do this as once enabled, you will no longer be required to log in with your password

10. The additional device will then be added and Okta Verify will be setup

Add additional phone number

1. Log into the Sargent-Disc application

2. Once logged in, select 'User Profile' from the left-hand side



3. Select the 'Okta' tab



4. Access your Okta personal dashboard by using the 'clicking here' link



5. Under Security Methods, select 'Set up another' under Phone



6. Select how you would like to verify and go through the verification process



7. Select 'Set up' under Phone



8. Select if you would like to receive an SMS or voice call. Then enter your country code and the additional number you would like to add



9. Enter the code sent to the additional device and select 'Verify'



10. The additional number will then be linked to your account
