If you are locked out on Digital Purchase Order then Support cannot unlock the account, you will need to wait 30 minutes until the account is unlocked.

If you need to request a password reset you can do so by the following URL: 

https://web.digitalpurchaseorder.com/newpassword.php

You will be prompted to enter your email address, once you have entered this you will then receive a password reset link via email.

*Note, if you cannot see this email then check your junk/ spam folder and also search for do-not-reply@digitalpurchaseorder.com via your mailbox.

When changing your password, you will have to meet the requirements shown on the page, some DPO books have different password policies to others so make sure you are meeting all requirements that are shown on the screen
