If you wish to change your password once logged into the SD application, follow the steps below:
1. Select 'User Profile' from the left-hand side of the screen
2. Select the 'Okta' tab
3. To change your password, click on the 'Clicking here' link which will take you to our identity management provider
4. Under the Security Methods section, select 'Reset' under password
5. A prompt will appear on screen asking you if you are sure you wish to reset your password enrollment, select 'Yes' to continue or 'No' to cancel
6. When selecting 'Yes', you will be taken to another screen where you will need to verify. Select how you would like to verify and go through the verification process
7. You will then be presented with the option to enter a new password and to confirm it, when setting a new password, you will need to meet all the requirements shown on screen:
- At least 12 characters
- A lowercase letter
- An uppercase letter
- A number
- A symbol
- Password can't be the same as your last 4 passwords
8. Select 'Reset Password' and your password will then be changed
