If an envelope has been sent out to a crew member and changes need to be made, the envelope can be resent.
*Note- The envelope can only be sent during pending completion or pending approval (the contract has not reached final approval).If the contract has reached final approval the envelope will need to be re-opened first before it gets resent.
Users who are able to send envelopes to all Team Members are able to resend any envelope.
The resend function will be appear in the top right-hand corner like shown below:
Once the user has clicked on the resend function, they will then be able to make changes to the envelope that had been issued.
Once the changes have been made to the envelope, the person amending the envelope will be required to enter a comment before sending it on the Summary page.
Once the envelope has been successfully resent, this will appear on the Summary page under the approval activity log showing what date and time the envelope was resent, who it was resent by and the comment the sender added when re-sending the envelope.
Once the envelope has been resent, the user will need to log in and complete the envelope. Once the user logs in, they can use the function to ‘autocomplete’ which will re-enter all of the information they had previously entered. The only thing the user will need to redo is to upload any documents than they previously had/ resign documents.
This will then go back through the whole approval chain for reapproval.
