Rental Date Notification
If you would like DPO to automatically notifies you when a PO rental date is close to its expiration then you will need to do the following:
Log into DPO and select the book you would like to enable this for.
Go into Admin > Expenditure Types.
For the 'Rental' Expenditure type select the pencil icon and tick the checkbox 'Notify about duration'
Once this is checked you will need to click your email in the top right-hand corner and click Settings from the drop down menu. Then click Settings again from the left-hand side of DPO.
You will need to have the following notifications ticked:
- Item Reminder (Own P.O's)
- Item Reminder (Approval Chain)
- Item Reminder (All visible P.O's)
