Reset MFA (Account Admin)

Log in and click the Administration button on the left-hand pane.



Select the desired project that the crew member is on

In the ‘People’ tab, search for the crew member and open their crew member record



Click on the ‘’Details’ Tab inside the crew member’s record, and you will find the ‘Reset Two-Factor Authentication button which you can then use to reset the User’s Two-Factor Authentication settings. Once this is done, the user will need to set up the Two-Factor authentication on their account from the beginning.
