CrewStart: Accept invite without application access

If you receive the below message when accepting a CrewStart invitation, this is because the account you accepted the invite with didn't have CrewStart access before accepting the invite

By selecting 'Ok' to the message, the site will log you out of your account. You will then be required to go back through the login process and once logged in, you will see the invitation you have accepted.
