Payscales: Forgot Password during Okta Migration

If you have forgotten your password during Okta migration then you can reset this by doing the below:

1. Enter your username into the username field and click the 'Login' button



2. A prompt will be displayed on screen advising that you are being migrated to Okta, select the 'Continue' button



3. On the screen where it asks you for your existing password, select the option 'Forgot your Password'



4. Enter your username and your email address and select 'Reset Password'



5. Open up the link sent to you via email and set a new password meeting the requirements shown on screen



6. Once done, select 'Reset Password' and you will then be able to go back through migrating your account to Okta
