Session Expired - Digital Production Office
If you re trying to log in and are getting the following error message:
'Your session has expired' then you will need to do the following:
If you are using Google Chrome:
- Go to the 3 dots located in the top right hand corner
- Select History (4th option down)
- Select History again (will appear on the left hand side)
- Once this has brang up your history page on the left hand side
select 'Clear browsing data' (3rd option down)
- A clear browsing data box will appear in the middle of the screen, please make sure that the Time Range is set to 'All Time' and
please also make sure only the 'cookies and other site data' is selected and
then select Clear Data
- After this has been done please try and log back in as normal
If this does not work please then try the following:
- Within chrome select the 3 dots in the top right hand corner
- Select the 3rd option down 'New incognito window'
- Then browse to the Digital Production office site and try and log
in
If you are using Internet Explorer:
- In the top right hand corner click on the cog (tools) icon
- Select Internet Options
- Under the General tab select the Delete button, this will be under
'browsing history'
- Only select cookies and website data and then select delete
If this does not work then please try the following:
- Within Internet Explorer click back onto the cog (tools) icon
- Select 'Safety' (4th option down)
- Then select InPrivate Browsing
- Then try the Digital Production Office Site again
If you are using Firefox:
- In the top right hand corner go to the 3 lines
- Select on History
- Once you have selected History select the option 'Clear Recent
History' (2nd option)
- A box will appear in the middle of the screen asking you to select
the time range to clear - please use the drop down menu and select all
time
- Then select the arrow pointing downwards next to details and then
select 'Cookies' - make sure everything else has been unticked
If this does not work then please try the following:
- Select the 3 lines in the top right hand corner
- Select New Private Windows
- Browse to the digital production office site and try and log in
Using an Android Mobile Device:
- Go to "Settings"
- Select Apps & notifications"
- Select App info
- Select payslip app
- Select 'Storage' - See Screenshot_1 attached
If you are using Safari:
- Go to preferences
- Click on Privacy
- Go to Manage
Website Data, find the payslip website and then select clear data - just for the Sargent Disc website
- Close down Safari
and re open it and try again
