If upon logging into your account, you can see the project you are working on but after selecting it, do not see any envelopes in your TO DO tab then this means that the production you are working on has not issued you any envelopes.

If you are expecting an envelope, you will need to contact the production directly regarding this.
Once the production you are working on has issued you an envelope, you will be sent an email notification that there are documents awaiting your attention and to log into CrewStart.

After you have been issued the envelope, when you login to CrewStart, you will then have envelope available in your TO DO tab.
