Accepting an invitation

To view your payslips online you will need to create an account, if you already have an existing account but have received an invite for a new employment you will need to accept the invite to view the payslips for that employment. 

To create an account you will need to be sent an invitation by Sargent Disc. The invitations last for 14 days.

If you need a new invitation sent out please email support@sargent-disc.com

*The invitations may appear in your junk/ spam folder in your emails, please make sure you check in there if you have not received the invite to your mailbox*

 

Once you have clicked on the link in the email you will be taken through to Payslip Invitation page. 

To accept the invitation you will need to use either your date of birth OR your employee number, there will be a drop down menu on the page to select which type of validation you would like to use.

*The employee number can only be obtained by the accounts department on the production*

Once you have selected what type of validation you would like to enter then you will be presented with the screen below.

There will be 3 options to Sign In, Register or Register as an Agent.

If you already have an existing SD account please use the first option on the screen and enter your existing username and password and this will link your new employment to your existing account.

If you do not have an online account select the second option to register. 

If you are an agent and do not have an existing account then select the option to Register as an Agent. 

If you are registering as a new user/ agent then you will need to enter a username and and a password. Please make sure you meet all of the requirements shown on the screen otherwise the account will not be created. 

Once you have successfully set up a username and password you will be asked how you would like to be contacted and to agree to the Terms and Conditions of use. After you have selected the relevant option and agreed to the T&C's then you will be able to log into your online account.
