Forgotten Username

Forgotten Username - CrewStart

1. Go to: https://crewstart.digitalproductionoffice.com/#/forgot-username-page

2. Enter in the email address associated with your CrewStart account, country code and number and select 'Send Request'

3. A username reminder email will be sent to your email address from no-reply@sargent-disc.com, click on the link sent to you via email to go through the forgotten username recovery process on the CrewStart website

4. Enter the passcode sent to your mobile phone and you will then be presented with your username on screen

Forgotten Username - Payslip

1. Go to: https://payslip.digitalproductionoffice.com/forgot-username

2. Enter in the email address associated with your Payslip account, date of birth or employee number and select 'Send Request'

3. A username reminder email will be sent to your email address from no-reply@sargent-disc.com displaying your username

Forgotten Username - Payroll

1. Check your emails from no-reply@sargent-disc.com, you should have received an email when your account was setup with the subject: '(Part 1 of 2)', which will display your username

2. Alternatively, if the above doesn't work, please email support@sargent-disc.com with photo ID (passport or drivers license) requesting a username reminder
