Okta Verify Setup

Setup Okta Verify during migration:

1. Select 'Setup' under Okta Verify



2. On your mobile device, open the Okta Verify app and scan the QR code displayed on screen. You may be prompted if you wish to enable Face ID or Passcode confirmation. If prompted it is strongly recommended you do this as once enabled, you will no longer be required to log in with your password



Setup Okta Verify once signed in:

1. Once logged into the Sargent-Disc application, select 'User Profile' from the left hand side



2. Select the Okta tab and within the Okta tab select the 'clicking here' option to access your Okta personal dashboard



3. Under security methods, select 'Setup' under Okta Verify



4. You will then be prompted to verify its you with a security method, select one of the options on screen



5. Enter your password and the code sent to you via SMS

6. You will then be able to setup Okta Verify by selecting the 'Setup' option


7. Open the Okta Verify app on your mobile device and scan the QR code presented on screen

8. You may be prompted if you wish to enable Face ID or Passcode confirmation. If prompted it is strongly recommended you do this as once enabled, you will no longer be required to log in with your password



9. The account will be added and Okta Verify will be setup
